MassHighway – proposes roadway maintenance operations along the Route I-495 corridor through the City of Marlborough.  Portions of the proposed work will occur within 100 ft. of wetland resource areas with a small portion of the work may occur within previously developed Riverfront Area.

7:05            Notice of Intent (Continuation of Public Hearing) (Continued to Jan. 8, 2009)
177 Maple St. – 175 Maple St. L.L.C.
Proposes to redevelop the storage building associated with the former Dennison Manufacturing Building at 177 Maple St. near a small stream.  The construction will include the demolition and construction of a new retail building with associated parking and utilities.

355 Boston Post Rd. - Kevin Labadini
Proposes to construct a car wash facility and associated parking and drainage near wetlands.

7:15            Notice of Intent (Continuation of Public Hearing)
785 Boston Post Rd.  - PRTR, Inc.  c/o Waste Management of Mass., Inc. and Donald Wright
Proposes to correct an erosion problem at the stormwater outfall from the facility which drains into a wetland next to the eastern entrance of DiCenzo Blvd.
